| Following our decision to have a loft conversion, we asked a number of companies to submit plans and quotations. Although Loft Wizard weren't the cheapest we were very impressed with their ideals and professionalism. We visited some of their customers to view the quality of work; this only confirmed Loft Wizard was the right company to undertake our conversion. The final plans included all the technical specification and building regulations further confirming we had made the right decision.
Due to the size of our loft, they designed and built two bedrooms, one en suite and a large landing. We decided to have the Velux windows rather than a dormer, this maintained the look of our bungalow. All this work was completed in two weeks without any problems. Apart from the benefit of extra space, we estimate we increased the value of our house by double the cost of the conversion.
