We will arrange to visit you at a suitable date and time to
discuss your intended loft conversion in more detail. We will be able to give
you a guide price at that time.

Should you wish to go ahead with the conversion, we will
provide a written quotation and - subject to the regulators approval
- give you an idea of when we could start the work. Deposit, interim
and balance payments will also be confirmed in our letter to you.

When
work starts, we aim to complete within 2-3 weeks dependant upon the
size of the works. The
team will not leave the work until it is completed.

Contact us either by telephone or email to discuss your
requirements. We will need to take some basic information from you
to confirm that your property is indeed suitable for conversion. All
our advice is free and honest. 
Once you have agreed to the quote, our architect will start to
prepare the plans for approval. You will receive a copy of the plans
for your records. Once approval has been given, we can agree the start
